| Annual Assessment Reminder |

HOA ANNUAL ASSESSMENT REMINDER:
As a reminder, the 2013 annual HOA assessments in the amount of $400 are now due and are considered late after January 31st. Accounts that are not on an approved pay plan or are not paid in full by the end of January will begin accruing interest and late fees.
You can mail a payment in form of check or money order to:

Please note your property address on your payment if it is not already printed on your check.
You can also pay using a credit card or e-check online at www.pcmi-us.com. There is a convenience fee charged by the bank for this service. You will need your HOA account number which can be found on your invoice and your Association code which is 019.
If you need a payment plan, please contact our office. Please inform us the length of the plan you propose. Any plans in excess of 6 months will require Board approval. Please keep in mind, interest will continue to accrue on any unpaid portion of your assessments each month and there is a $5 processing fee for each payment under the plan.

The Board of Directors would like to remind homeowners about the importance of watering during these extreme weather conditions. The extreme heat and lack of rainfall can cause damages to your lawn and garden, the foundation of your home and other property structures including fences.
Homeowners are advised to water preferably using a soaker hose around the foundation of their home as well as the fence lines to prevent drying, shifting and shrinking.
